Practising Good Mental Health at the End of the World

The pandemic to end all pandemics.

It is 2026. A world already straining under war and rising costs is about to be hit by something far worse: an apparently ordinary cold virus spreading out of North West India.

The story

Ordinary people. An extraordinary collapse.

Max, Caz, Lanny and a cross-section of ordinary people are trying to get on with their lives while the world around them feels increasingly unstable.

Then an innocuous cold virus begins spreading. At first it is another news story. Then it becomes impossible to ignore.

As normal life starts to fracture, the characters are forced to adapt to a disaster nobody was prepared for — and to decide what matters when the structures they depended on begin to disappear.

Scrapbook is large-scale apocalyptic horror told through the people living at ground level: frightened, flawed, stubborn and trying to survive the unsurvivable.

“A world already on the brink is about to experience the pandemic to end all pandemics.”
